Craig has facilitated workshops and seminars for over 25 years. His foundational training was as a Hoffman Process facilitator. For over 20 years he has been a Senior Supervising Facilitator of the Hoffman Process teaching and training internationally. The Hoffman Process is a powerful residential intensive programme taught around the world that brings individuals to deep healing, empowerment and transformation.. He has been Director of Teacher Training for over a decade.

In the corporate arena Craig designs and leads programs for organisations helping leaders and teams become more skilful, empowered and self aware. He specialises in creating a healthy and dynamic team culture and teaches communication models, working theories and practices that build stronger working relationships, better values and leadership and stronger and aligned teams.

Craig works as a YPO (Young President’s Organisation) resource throughout Australia and Asia. He creates and delivers personal development workshops and programs for leaders, forums and partners. He helps members develop greater self awareness, emotional literacy andpersonal transformation in themselves, their relationships and their organisations
